How does the MyLegs Gift Card work?
The MyLegs Gift Card is a digital gift voucher that can be purchased online. After purchase, it is sent by email with a unique code to use at checkout.
Where is the gift card sent?
The gift card is sent to the email address provided during purchase. For this reason, it is important to check carefully that the email address entered is correct.
How do I use the gift card?
To use the gift card, simply enter the code you received in the appropriate field at checkout. The available credit will be deducted from the order total.
Can I use the gift card to pay for only part of the order?
Yes. If the available credit does not cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using one of the available payment methods.
Is the gift card rechargeable or renewable?
No. The gift card is neither rechargeable nor renewable. The credit can be used until it is fully spent or until the expiry date, but it cannot be recharged, extended, or reactivated.
Can I request a refund for a purchased gift card?
Yes, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the purchase of the gift card, provided that the gift card has not been used, even partially.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
If the gift card has already been used, even only in part, it will no longer be possible to request a refund.
Do I lose the remaining credit if I do not use the full amount?
No. If there is any remaining balance, it can be used for a future order until the available credit is fully spent or until the gift card expires.
Can I purchase a gift card using a discount coupon or another gift card?
No. Gift cards cannot be purchased using coupons, discount codes, or other gift cards.
Can the gift card be converted into cash?
No. The gift card cannot be converted into cash and may only be used for online purchases on MyLegs. In the event of a return for an order paid with a gift card, a cash refund will not be possible: the amount will be credited back to the gift card used, and the expiry date will not be changed.
How long is the gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
The expiry date will be clearly stated in the email received, so you will know exactly until when it can be used.
We recommend using the gift card within this period, as after the expiry date any remaining credit will no longer be usable or refundable.
Can I request a refund for any unused credit after the gift card expires?
No. Once the expiry date has passed, any remaining unused credit can no longer be spent, refunded, or converted into cash.
