2. Introduction
2.1. The products displayed on the site are sold exclusively to individuals in according to our commercial policy. Sale will be possible only if the goods are shipped to one of the countries that can be selected during the purchase phase.
2.2. Resale of products purchased on our site for professional or commercial results is strictly prohibited unless authorized by us.
2.3. These terms and conditions may be changed or corrected at any time. You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of use that will be applied when you place your order.
2.4. The customer is required to read carefully these terms and conditions that can be viewed at any time through the links on the footer of each page of the site.
3. Purchase
3.1. For each product selected, you can view the photograph of the item, its price, the colors in which it is available and sizes.
3.2. Choose the product you are interested in, according to the product description, including the relative sizes and sizes, together you will find photos that will help you to better visualize the product available on the site.
3.3. Click on the cart icon (top right) to view the products you have selected and the total price of your order. Please check that the contents of the cart are correct before confirming your order. 3.6. At the end of the purchase, it is recommended to download, save or print these terms and conditions of use applicable at the time of your purchase and the completion of your order. You will receive in addition an email to the address you used at the time of purchase, confirming the terms of your purchase.
3.7. We are committed to ensuring that the photographs displayed on the site are the same as the final product, there may be some variation in color depending on the settings of your computer.
3.8. We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers with whom there is already a legal dispute regarding a previous order. This is applicable in any case the customer is deemed “not suitable”, for example if the terms and conditions of use for an online purchase or for any other legitimate reason have been violated previously, especially when the customer has been part of a fraudulent action of any kind.
4. Availability
4.1. All products offered on our site are subject to stock limits. You can consult the availability of the items offered on the site at any time. Before making the purchase, the availability in stock is indicated.
4.2. It is not possible to book a product by saving it in the cart. If you do not complete the order, the contents of the cart will be updated with the current availability of the product.
4.3. There could be anomalies regarding the quantities and therefore the availability of some products. In these circumstances you will be notified by email. You will be given the opportunity to order another product or cancel your order. If you opt to cancel your order, you will not be charged for your credit card. In the event that your card has already been charged for the order, we will refund as soon as possible.
5. Completion of an order
5.1. The order will be completed after you have made the payment and you will receive a confirmation email from our system. Your order will be forwarded to be processed. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email (article 8.2) it will no longer be possible to change the order, in this case we invite you to read the return policy.
5.2. The confirmation of your order will be taken as a proof that you have accepted the terms and conditions. 5.3. The data recorded on the site will be treated as proof of the transaction. In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction on the site, the recorded data will be treated as legal evidence of the transaction.
6. Prices and methods of payment.
6.1. The prices on the site are all VAT included.
6.2. The prices of the products on sale on the site will be indicated in Euros (EUR).
6.3. The final amount includes shipping costs, the amounts will be visible in the summary on the page called “Cashier”.
6.4. We reserve the right to change the prices offered on the site at any time without warning. You will be charged the amount displayed on the site at the time the order is confirmed.
6.5. We accept payments through Gateway Paypal where you can pay, as well as with your PayPal account, Stripe with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX and bank transfer.
6.6. Your order will be processed once payment confirmation has been received from the PayPal or Stripe system.
6.7. For bank transfer, your order will be processed once payment is received on our bank account. If we do not receive the payment within 4 working days the order will be CANCELED.

7. Restrictions on shipments
7.1. Products on the site are salable and shipped to the countries that can be selected during the purchase
2.1. orders that should be shipped to a different country will be rejected unless agreements between the parties, for more information send an email to customercare@mylegs.it. The products will be shipped to the address entered during the order process.
7.2. Orders with an unidentifiable recipient will not be accepted, therefore they will not be sent to post office boxes (eg POBOX) or similar services.
7.3. We reserve the right to cancel orders with delivery requests that do not comply with the services offered by our partner carriers.
8. Shipping
8.1. Shipping costs are charged to the customer according to our shipping policy
Shipping costs will be displayed at the end of the order, before confirmation.
8.2. When the package with the ordered items starts from our warehouse, we will send an email to the email address you entered when ordering with the code useful for tracking the delivery. 8.3. In the event that there are problems with delivery or delays greater than 10 working days after confirming the shipment of the order, please send an email to: customercare@mylegs.it giving us the order number received in the confirmation of ‘order we sent you by email.
8.4. Definition of loss: The loss file can be opened after 20 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from the count of days) from the date of departure of the order from our office. An order will be considered lost, therefore refunded, only after verification by the carrier. Shipments with a positive delivery result will not be considered lost, therefore they will not be refunded.
9. Compliance of orders
9.1. Products must be checked at the time they are delivered to you.
9.2. Any type of anomaly found at the time of delivery (eg damage to the package, damage to the product, missing products shown on the invoice, etc.) must be indicated directly on the waybill with a written comment signed by the customer.
9.3. If the products do not correspond to those ordered or are missing, you must notify us immediately to this email address customercare@mylegs.it. In any case, if the product ordered and not received is no longer available, you will be able to choose another product or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel your order, your credit card will not be charged. In the event that your credit card has already been debited, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
10. Returns, refunds, cancellation and modification of the order
10.1. Modification or cancellation of the order
Modification or cancellation of the order is possible only before shipment by us, in accordance with Article 8.2.
After the order has been handed over to the courier, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel the order. The consumer’s right to withdraw remains unaffected, where applicable, in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the “Returns” policy.
10.2. Right of withdrawal and return request
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised through the digital procedure available on the “Return request / Online withdrawal” page, accessible from the website, the account area and the footer. This procedure allows the customer to submit the withdrawal declaration online and to receive confirmation of the request on a durable medium.
The customer may also communicate their decision to withdraw by means of any explicit statement sent to MyLegs, for example via email to customercare@mylegs.it, provided that such communication is sent within 14 days from receipt of the order.
10.3. Return of products
After communicating the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned intact, unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with original packaging, labels, tags, hygiene seals where present, and any accessories received.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, socks, tights, underwear and similar items must be returned unused, unworn, untried and with intact packaging or seal, where present. In the case of products that do not comply with these conditions, MyLegs may refuse the return or reduce the refund within the limits permitted by applicable law.
The direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated or agreed in writing with MyLegs.
10.4. Refund
In the event of a properly exercised withdrawal and products returned in accordance with the indicated conditions, MyLegs will proceed with the refund of the amounts due using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be withheld until the returned products have been received or until the customer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
10.5. Products purchased outside the website
Returns or refund requests will not be accepted for products purchased from third parties, marketplaces, physical stores or channels other than the official website mylegs.it.
10.6. Traceability of returned products
Returned products must correspond to those actually purchased on mylegs.it and shipped by MyLegs. Codes, product references, batch numbers or other identifying elements on the packaging may be verified to ensure correspondence with the original order.
Products different from those shipped by MyLegs, products not traceable to the original order, or products returned in packaging not corresponding to that sent from our premises will not be refunded.
10.7. Cancellation of non-compliant orders
MyLegs reserves the right to cancel orders containing requests that are not compliant with the services offered by the website, the terms of sale, or the operating procedures of the couriers or logistics partners used.
11. Responsibility
11.1. We are not responsible for defects in the products offered on the site, including non-compliance of products ordered as resellers. Nevertheless we want to offer our customers the best possible shopping experience. Therefore, in order to verify any damage or non-compliance of the products, we reserve the right to request photographs of the non-conforming or damaged goods. Failure to send photographic documentation could negatively affect a request for reimbursement.
11.2 The delivery times, indicated during the purchase phase, do not in any way represent a contractual obligation and are to be considered purely indicative.
