Digital withdrawal procedure This digital procedure allows you to exercise the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673 regarding the online withdrawal function.

If you are not signed in, we need to verify that the request relates to a genuine order and that the email address belongs to the customer who placed it. If the details match, we will email you a personal access link.

Order number Enter the number shown in your order confirmation email, with or without the # symbol. E-mail Enter the same email address used at checkout. It is used only to associate the request with the correct order.
