Returns, Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the conditions set out below.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, you must contact our Customer Service:

  • by email at customercare@mylegs.it , indicating your order number, the reason for the return, and the items you wish to return
  • or by using the contact form available on our website

The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Conditions of Returned Products

Products must be returned:
  • new
  • not worn
  • not washed
  • free from any signs of use
  • complete with the original, intact packaging
For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns of socks, tights, and similar items that have been worn, even partially, or that show signs of use, alteration, or tampering with the packaging, will not be accepted. If the product is equipped with a hygiene seal, its removal will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If they do not comply with the above conditions, the return may be refused.

Return Shipping

Products must be returned at the customer’s expense, preferably using a tracked shipping service.

In the case of untracked shipments, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, and it will not be possible to issue a refund or exchange if the return is not received.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Product Exchanges

The first exchange for each order (including the reshipment of the replacement item) will be carried out at our expense. Any subsequent exchanges related to the same order will instead be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

The refund will be issued only after the returned products have been received and inspected, and it will apply exclusively to the value of the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
  • Credit card: the refund will be visible in approximately 10 days (timing depends on the issuing bank)
  • PayPal: refund to the same PayPal account, in the original purchase currency
  • Bank transfer: refund to the same bank account; processing times depend on the banking system
As an alternative to a refund, subject to agreement with the customer, a store credit may be issued or a product exchange may be arranged.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is governed in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 21/2014. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, provided that the products are returned in compliance with the conditions set out in this policy, and in particular that they have not been used or worn.
